Personal Assistance Service

Services may primarily include both personal care (bathing) and home support activities. Hours can also be increased for consumers who also need a lot of extra help getting dressed and into bed, or help getting up out of bed and getting around in the mornings. Typically, this help is provided for someone who has higher needs, that cannot be met with just personal care or just home support. Hours typically range from 3-10 hours of PAS a week. Cost sharing applies, and if the consumer can afford to privately pay, they must pay privately.
