The Regional Services Corporation provides human resource management, accounting, 
property management and administrative support services for all the corporations below.



Information and Referral Services are provided to consumers over the age of 60. Information is provided for federal, state and local programs. Staff and trained volunteers complete such things as Rent and Tax Rebates, PACE applications and Reduced Vehicle Registration.

Ombudsman cases can be investigated, mediated, and resolved on behalf of older persons receiving long term care services. The Ombudsman staff and volunteers visit: Nursing Homes, Personal Care facilities, Adult Day Care, Assisted Living facilities and Domiciliary Care Homes on an ongoing basis.

The Apprise-Health Insurance counselors assists consumers, age 60 plus and younger consumers who receive Medicare benefits. Help is offered with Medicare, Medigap, Long Term Care Insurance, Managed Care Plans and Prescription Plans.

Qualified volunteers complete state and/or federal income tax forms for persons age 60 and over. Income Tax Preparation is available every Friday starting in February.

The File of Life is a nationwide program that encourages senior citizens to keep a plastic File of health information in a central location in case of a medical emergency. Call 717-242-0315 for information.

Speaking engagements are presented by the Speakers Bureau. This service offers many educational programs as a public service to the community. There are a variety of topics, including consumer affairs, home safety, health concerns, and facts on aging that we can share with your group or organization.
